Maria brings both heart and precision to her role as Office Manager at Uplift Family Psychiatry. With a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and a Master’s in School Counseling, she blends analytical skill with compassion to ensure the practice runs smoothly. Maria oversees finances, billing, payroll, marketing, HR, insurance panels, and scheduling, keeping everything organized and patient-centered. She’s passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every client and loves being part of a team that helps others find balance and well-being. 

Michelle is the friendly and caring voice patients hear when they reach out to Uplift Family Psychiatry. She handles phone calls and scheduling, ensuring every client feels supported and valued. Passionate about helping others, she brings warmth and positivity to our team. Outside of work, Michelle loves spending time with her family and friends.
